Brand Launch & Campaign Development

Client: Texas Wines


Our team began working on Texas Wines and agri-tourism in 2017. The department had been dormant a few years and the new team needed to launch a consumer and trade campaign to raise awareness of Texas Wines.


With a very lean budget, we prioritized objectives and agreed that a revamped target consumer strategy was needed. From there, we created a media, web development and graphic design plan. The 1st campaign began with the kickoff of “October Texas Wine Month”, supporting 400+ Texas-based wineries in 2017. Following the success of the program, in 2018, we were awarded a three year contract to continue working on full campaign plans for Texas Wines. Our work includes campaign creative, social media posts, seasonal food/wine pairings, digital banners and email blasts driving consumers to our dedicated web page with more information on Texas Wines. (the website), includes info on the region, recent awards, and a
comprehensive calendar featuring events happening across the 400+ wineries year round.


The 2018 campaign achieved over half a million impressions. Most impressions came from mobile (68%). In 2019 we had average growth across KPIs of 8%. Also, traffic to the site grew 70%. In addition, we manage an email list over 20,000 opt-ins and our client has built national momentum with press coverage in major wine publications. Open rates range from mid teens to 20% throughout the year.
