Texas HHSC Recruitment Campaign

Background:

Texas Health and Human Services Commission requested Strategar to provide a comprehensive media strategy aimed at promoting available positions at select State Operated Facilities in Texas. The campaign was centered around driving potential applicants to apply online. As part of this campaign, HHSC also wanted to test the efficacy of a variety of media and communication channels, in order to assess which ones perform best and provide the maximum return on investment.
